So yesterday I posted about a Creature From The Black Lagoon comic book illustrated by Arthur Adams.

Well, for once, instead of randomly assigning me recommendations based on the most minuscule connections, eBay threw me a bone and linked me to a lot of pretty fun Creature memorabilia.

So far, it’s all fun stuff. Nothing outstanding or actually vintage, but if you’re a Creature buff it’s still all pretty gravy. Under ordinary circumstances, the custom wall clock would be the highlight…

But this is what closed out my recommendations:

But quite frankly, as a rabid Universal Monsters fan, I want to hog them all for myself.

To start, we’ve got a set of Universal Monsters Old Maid cards from 1964

Followed by these 4 Remco Universal Monster figures from 1980, all of which I had as a 3 year old and systematically executed during a “melt your toys on the light bulb” phase… IDIOT IDIOT STUPID CHILD MOTHER FATHER WHY DIDN’T ONE OF YOU STOP ME!!!
