Morgado Revue of Books: A Cheap Plug.

From time to time here at Comic Noize, I find sneaky ways to write about books and authors of the non-comic variety, while still tying things into this sites theme: comic books. It can be difficult. So I’ve decided to take the Morgado Revue of Books over to our sister site: Absurd Noize, where it’s far easier to come up with cheap excuses to write about things I love (though from time to time, I will still do a Morgado Revue of Books post here). And it starts today, with the first in a series on Donald E Westlake’s Dortmunder novels. Which I actually COULD have written about here, since the first one was adapted as a graphic novel…

The way I see it though, is that since I’ve devoted so much time here on Darwyn Cooke’s brilliant Parker adaption, it’s only fair I use the site with absurd in the title to post about Westlake’s wackier writings. So go forth, dear reader. The Morgado Revue of Books awaits you…
